05. Troubleshooting
What should I do if the app isn't working properly? / What should I do if I lose connection while playing?
You may experience Bluetooth connection errors or interruptions for a variety of reasons. To resolve this issue:
• Try unpairing/disconnecting the toy through your phone's Bluetooth settings, then pair/connect it again.
• Try unpairing/disconnecting other Bluetooth devices from your phone or simply turning them off. If your phone receives multiple Bluetooth signals simultaneously, this could affect the connection with your accessory.
• Move the accessory closer to the phone. Keep the phone 5 to 10 meters (16-32 feet) away from the accessory for an optimal connection.
• Try removing any obstacles between your phone and the accessory. Objects between the phone and the accessory can interfere with the signal, such as thick or bulky cases.
• Reposition your body. The external parts of accessories often act like antennas, so the connection can be lost if they're completely blocked. Often, changing your position so you're not completely wrapped around the toy can help resolve connection issues.
• Make sure both your phone and the app are up to date. Try updating your phone and checking the Play Store or App Store if your device didn't update the app automatically.
• If none of the above options work, try deleting and reinstalling the app to reset connections.
